Feldkirch mit Mark

Mittwoch Dezember 19ten

Wednesday, December 19th
Monday and Tuesday can be told very little. Both were just normal school days. But Wednesday was an interesting full day. After school, I've met Mark. We traveled by train to Feldkirch. We ate at a kebab restaurant and then went directly to the city. Feldkirch is a very old town, and is a beautiful old castle. We saw the castle and then in the Christmas market are gone. Later we walked around the mall, H & M and Sagmeister. Feldkirch is very beautiful and interesting, but we liked to go by Karren. After a train and bus ride, we were under the Karren. We are me the Gondola top down, and have picked up something from the cafe. It was extremely beautiful from above, you could see from Dornbirn to Lindau.

At the train station

A building

A cool misty scene

Döner

A government building of some sort

The side of a church

Hotel Lion

The streets of Feldkirch

It was a rather foggy day

The castle, Schattenburg

Walking up

Taking a first gander

A cool old canon

Entering the grounds

A great shot of Feldkirch, I really like this city

The entrance courtyard

Some info, it was first built in 1230!

Mark inside

The main hall

Looking down from above

You could see everything from up there

Leaving the castle

Walking through the streets again

The christmas market

The shipping center

Perhaps another government building?

The river and a dark winding path

A modern looking bridger

Another unexplained building

Inside classy Sagmeister, most jackets were around 700 Euro

H&M

A large church tower

The train tracks

The entrance to the gondola

Getting comfy

They say their towns are small, but together it is really one quite impressive Metropolitan area

Very beautiful indeed

The sun breaking through the fog

Me atop the mountain

The panorama building, seemed fitting to take a panorama

The great view

A snowy mountain

The little cafe

The panorama room

Great shots. Again, I love the rooftop pics, especially the Feldkirk shot with the green tower on the right. Very cool.
