Wednesday January 30th
This afternoon Morti and I went up to Bödele to prepare the
house for the next week. I shoveled out some of the walkway and Morti turned on
the heating system. It was nice because we were able to ski for an hour and a
half as well. In the evening we had ”Palatschinken” which are basically thinner
pancakes, but a little thicker than crepes. You lay if flat, spread jelly
across it then roll it up and eat it with fork and knife. It tastes great. I
think I will try to make some when I return.
